THE KULT OF TRANSPARENCY

It's not always easy, but we believe in it and we prove it to you by creating desirable and responsible collections year after year. Listening to our planet and your desires, we ensure that the composition of the materials and the manufacturing processes are in line with our values. Overview with a question/answer.

WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE?

North of Porto, by specialized factories. Even if we are sensitive to French production, in the interest of the final price paid by our customers, we have chosen to have our textile collections produced in Portugal. Clearly, the quality of the production units no longer needs to be proven. Some artisans have passed down their know-how from father to son for several generations, prioritizing heritage and human expertise. And that speaks to us.

HOW DO WE CHOOSE OUR MATERIALS?

First, we ensure quality, for example by checking that the visual appearance corresponds to the brand's DNA. The most important thing is that you like it! For our t-shirts, for example, we use a premium fine knit 100% organic spun and combed cotton with a very soft touch. Finally, we check that the materials selected fall within our price ranges in order to offer you the best quality at the fairest price.

AND WHERE DOES COTTON COME FROM?

If in general it is difficult to source because its supply chain has many intermediaries, we only work with companies that have the OEKO TEX label which aims to guarantee the human-ecological qualities of textiles, but especially GOTS . It is the most demanding international benchmark in terms of environmental and social criteria. It requires that cotton be grown according to organic farming rules and that its processing be respectful of the environment and people. We love it and it’s “Eco friendly”.

WHAT IF WE ARE VEGAN?

We can get dressed at home. Our factories have the PETA label which means that they respect the principles of the label, and that they do not use animals or products of animal origin in their production.

LABELS, DO WE LIKE OR DO NOT LIKE?

WE love ! They indeed have the merit of offering an independent point of view and ensuring product traceability. Our factories and our cotton supplier are OEKO TEX, GOTS & PETA certified.

ANY TIPS FOR END OF LIFE CLOTHING?

Last year we launched the “Bring your Kulte home” operation. If you send us a t-shirt from the brand, we will credit you 10 euros to your customer account.
